Hotel chain Travelodge has launched a search for hundreds of new staff to work at its properties – including venues in Derby.
The firm, which operates more than 550 hotels across the UK, Ireland and Spain, is looking to fill 875 positions before Christmas.
The company has three hotels in Derby – at Derbyshire County Cricket Club, Pride Park and Chaddesden – and many more throughout the county.

Roles available include receptionists, team members, guest room cleaners and bar/cafe team member.
There are also some senior roles available, including hotel manager and assistant manager roles.
The firm is also recruiting for maintenance engineers across the UK to support its ongoing regional hotel maintenance programme.

According to the firm, to date more than 500 Travelodge employees have graduated into a management position by undertaking its in-house development programme called Aspire.
Travelodge is also a growing company and has identified the potential to grow its business with a further 250 hotels over the next 10 years.
